Are SGSOV's required where you live ? Do you know what an SGSOV is ? I live in the City of Los Angeles and SGSOV;s are required as a part of escrow when selling a property. They are also required when the valuation on a building permit meets or exceeds 10K Dlls. Let me know what you think.
